A unique service from Sauflon which automatically delivers a 3 or 6 month supply of contact lenses and solutions directly to your patients on the eye care professional’s behalf.

Sauflon’s Patient Retention program will ensure compliance from your patients and provide increased profits on both lenses and solutions from every patient.

This program has been designed to ensure your contact lens and solution revenue grows by offering patients everything that mail order companies and non-optical outlets can offer, with the added benefit of your professional care.

Sauflon’s Patient Retention Program is the only service that can offer 3 and 6 month supplies of lenses and solutions automatically delivered directly to your patients. This service is available to eye care professionals throughout the United States.

How do I get started?
Simply call our customer care center at 1-800-635-6967 and speak to a representative. We will arrange delivery of a diagnostic set of lenses and starter packs of solution. A representative will contact you to provide help for you and your staff in implementing the program in your practice.

How do you handle patient Eye care insurance?

When using a patient’s insurance plan to pay for the Sauflon program, patients use their insurance plan allowance for payment at the initial office visit. For subsequent automatic orders, the patient’s credit card will be billed. When the patient becomes eligible again, simply notify Sauflon Customer Care to bill your practice for the next shipment.

Can I offer Sauflon solutions to patients that are not fitted in Sauflon lenses?
Absolutely. Sauflon offers a competitive price on the bulk sale of solutions if you choose to maintain an inventory in your practice.


Ordering and Shipping Information

How do I order lenses?
Patient orders may be placed via phone, fax and in the near future, through Sauflon’s web site.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
Sauflon will gladly accept or exchange unopened orders. Please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-635-6967 for further details.

Can my patient specify where you ship their lenses and solutions?
Yes. We can deliver a patient’s contact lenses and solutions to any address they specify – home, alternate address or doctor’s practice.

How do you handle shipping and handling of the lenses and solutions?
Sauflon recommends that you incorporate the mailing cost into the overall pricing of the home delivery service; however, you are free to pass the cost of shipping and handling onto the patient as a separate item. Please contact our customer care center for a specific shipping and handling chart for your postal zone.

What is the frequency of the shipments?
Patients can opt to receive shipments in 3 month, 6 month or annual increments.


Addressing Common Patient Questions about Automatic Replenishment

1) I don’t feel comfortable using my credit card.
Most patients use their credit card for various consumer purchases, including optical. Credit card payments are the safest way to purchase products. Your purchase is secure, guaranteed and you may cancel at anytime with just a phone call to our office.

2) I am concerned I may have too many boxes and only want to purchase as I need them.
Changing your contact lenses and lens case on the set schedule the doctor prescribed is important for the health of your eyes. The Sauflon system delivers your lenses, solution and a new case to your home just 2 weeks prior to your last lens so you will never run out of product and will not be overstocked with more than you need. Lastly, simply call our office if you run out or you find you have too much and we can tailor your deliveries to your schedule.

3) I usually buy my solutions in the drug store.
